Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation by contacting us directly. Modifications such as changing the pick-up time, location or vehicle type are possible, depending on availability. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may apply.

We kindly ask all customers to return the car on time, as there is often only a short window - sometimes just 2 to 3 hours - between one rental and the next. Returning the car late can affect the next customer’s booking and vehicle preparation. If you expect a delay, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid additional charges or penalties.

Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle. Additional drivers must be registered and may incur an extra fee.

Some rentals include limited mileage, while others offer unlimited kilometers. Please check the conditions for your specific rental.
