Welcome to Rent a Car Pasia d.o.o.. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Rent a Car Pasia d.o.o.. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
 

Use of the Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver’s license and the legal capacity to enter into a rental agreement.
• All information you provide during booking is accurate, complete and current.

Reservations and Payment

• A valid driver’s license and a credit/debit card are required for all rentals.
• You may be required to pay a portion or the full amount in advance to confirm your booking.
• You are responsible for any applicable charges, including taxes, optional insurance, fuel, tolls, fines and fees for damages or late return.
  
  Cancellation and Refund Policy
• You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows and last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
   

Rental Conditions

• The minimum age for renting a vehicle is 21 and the driver must have held a valid license for at least 1 year.
• The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including in case of damage, theft or traffic violations.
• Smoking, transporting illegal goods or using the vehicle for racing or off-road driving is strictly prohibited.
   

Insurance and Liability

• Basic insurance is included unless stated otherwise. Additional coverage may be purchased.
• The renter is liable for any damage not covered by insurance.
• In the event of an accident, you must immediately contact Rent a Car Pasia d.o.o. and local authorities and follow the prescribed accident reporting procedure.
   

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website or rental service at any time without prior notice.
 

Limitation of Liability

Rent a Car Pasia d.o.o. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use of our services, including but not limited to missed flights, loss of personal items or delays caused by traffic or mechanical failure.
 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nikšić, Montenegro.
