Refund Policy

At Rent a Car Pasia d.o.o., we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while ensuring the availability and readiness of our vehicles for all customers.
 

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your reservation at any time by contacting us directly via phone or email. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation:

• Full Refund: If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Partial Refund or Fee: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee may apply. The remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded to your original payment method.
• No Refund: If you fail to show up or cancel after the rental period has started, no refund will be issued.
   

Early Returns

If you return the vehicle before the agreed return date, no refund will be issued for the unused days unless previously agreed upon in writing.
 

Delayed Pick-Up

If your pick-up is delayed, please inform us in advance. We will hold your reservation for a reasonable period, but no refunds will be issued for unused rental time due to late arrival unless agreed upon.
 

Payment Method

All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
